Instructions for use
Please read the instructions carefully for the correct use of the product.
Maintenance instructions before its first use:
After removing all labels, carefully wash and rinse the cookware with a mild detergent and water. Next, dry the cookware with a soft towel. Treat the coating with a little vegetable oil and wipe off the excess. This procedure preserves the effectiveness of the non-stick coating.
Cleaning instructions:
After cooking, leave the cookware to cool down to room temperature. Do not try to cool down by pouring cold water into the cookware.
Use a mild detergent and a soft scourer. Ideally, do not use abrasive cleaning products. The product is dishwasher safe.
Do not use a metal scourer when washing or metal utensils for cooking to prevent damaging the non-stick coating.

Pancake Pan Maintenance
The Berlinger Haus pancake pan is dishwasher safe. Clean the pan with warm water and soap after each use. It is not recommended keeping the pan moist for a long time, for example by soaking.
Heat the pan over medium heat and brush with shortening or oil. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter into each well. Flip the pancake with wooden, silicone or plastic kitchenware. Metal utensils cause scratches.
