Mini Pan 16 cm Berlinger Haus BH-6916 Carbon Pro Collection

This lovely mini pan will be a cute addition to your kitchen! It is part of the Carbon Pro collection and it is made of forged aluminum thick wall body material and a non-stick marble coating. This mini cookware is really fun to have and can be used in the preparation of small portions such as a single fried egg, a small omelet, toast pine nuts, the cook a small portion of a side dish, and many more.

This product is free from harmful substances such as PFOA, Lead, and Cadmium.

The pan is suitable for all hob types including induction hobs. The turbo induction bottom allows the food to be cooked with less energy and still achieve the same great results. If using a gas stove, the burner should be adjusted so that the flames only reach the bottom of the pot and not its edge. The handles of the pan is not heat resistant and therefore it is not suitable for oven use.

Maintenance instructions before its first use:

Start by removing all labels, carefully wash and rinse the cookware with a mild detergent and water. Next, dry the cookware with a soft towel.

Cleaning instructions:

After cooking, leave the cookware to cool down to room temperature. Do not try to cool down by pouring cold water into the cookware.
Clean the product thoroughly after use in order to remove all stains that may become ground-in due to the heat during the next use of the product. In order to remove ground-in stains, pour hot water into the pot to soften the stains. Then rub it thoroughly with a mild detergent and a soft scourer. Do not use a metal scourer when washing or metal utensils for cooking to prevent damaging the non-stick coating and the metallic color of the cookware. Do not use abrasive cleaning products. Gentle cleaning is recommended to preserve the excellent condition of the product, therefore daily cleaning in the dishwasher should be avoided. The manufacturer recommends using low-temperature programs and non-corrosive cleaning agents when washing in the dishwasher.
