Delivery & Returns
Our standard delivery times within the EU are 8-10 business days after dispatch.
If we cannot meet our normal delivery times because of stock shortages, we will inform you by e-mail. You may then accept the new delivery time or cancel your order for a full refund.
If your item is out of stock, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 28 days, you’ll be billed and the item will be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 28 days, we’ll cancel your order and refund you.
If you’re not happy to wait, please contact Customer services by email to cancel your order.
Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
If in rare cases and despite our best efforts a surcharge is required, we will inform you by email. You may then accept the new charge or cancel your order for a full refund.
If unsuitable goods are returned for credit, the cost of the return is yours.
If unsuitable goods are returned for an exchange, the cost of the return and the additional shipment is yours.

When we receive your return, we will credit your card account or send alternative goods of your choice.
