Delivery & Returns

Our standard delivery times within the EU are 5-8 business days after dispatch.

If we cannot meet our normal delivery times because of stock shortages, we will inform you by e-mail. You may then accept the new delivery time or cancel your order for a full refund.

If your item is out of stock, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 28 days, you’ll be billed and the item will be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 28 days,  we’ll cancel your order and refund you.

If you’re not happy to wait, please contact Customer services by email to cancel your order.

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

If in rare cases and despite our best efforts a surcharge is required, we will inform you by email. You may then accept the new charge or cancel your order for a full refund.

We offer delivery to a wide range of international locations. If your location is not listed below it is because the shipping costs vary according to the size and weight of the parcel. -Greece – €3. (Free over€ 80)

-Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary – €9.00 (Free over €600)

-Germany, Austria -€ 15 (Free for orders over €300)

-Belgium, France, Netherlands, Italy – €15

-Denmark, Liechtenstein – €20

-Spain €20

-Estonia, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia – €20 (up to 30 kg)

-Ireland €20

Unsuccessful Deliveries

We use reputable third-party companies to deliver the orders and we cannot accept responsibility for any unsuccessful deliveries. If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, we will refund your order, however, we will deduct any associated cost.

Unsuitable goods / Wrong size or colour

We operate a no-quibble 14-day exchange and return online. You may return any item within 14 days of receipt provided that

*It is unused and undamaged

*The packaging is complete and undamaged

*The goods are in saleable condition

When we receive your return, we will credit your card account or send alternate goods of your choice.

If unsuitable goods are returned for credit the cost of the return is yours.

If unsuitable goods are returned for an exchange the cost of the return and the additional shipment is yours.

Faulty goods

If the goods we have sent you are damaged or faulty when you receive them, we will replace them or refund the cost of the goods. Please notify our team by email at within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We require a description of the damage/fault and photo or video evidence of the damaged product and the packaging to investigate the issue.

If we agree that the goods are faulty, we will replace the item or refund it (depending on stock availability). There is no delivery charge for the replacement goods.

Items that are found to be faulty after being used

The items’ technical details are validated with Deutsche Quality Standards in cooperation with high-end manufacturers we ensure you get everything you looking for.

If on rare occasions goods fail after being used, please contact us by email at and explain the problem. We will then decide how to proceed in solving the problem. Do not return the goods without first contacting us.
